Refund Policy
Fitness Consultants is operated by VETCHA VENKATA ROOPESH. This is a digital product. There is no refund window based on purchase date alone.
We offer one refund path: a 60-day performance guarantee.
You qualify for a full refund if, after 60 days from purchase, all of the following are true:
- You implemented the complete system as taught
- You posted a minimum average of 3 reels/week (36+ reels total)
- You ran paid Meta ads with a minimum spend of ₹15,000 over the 60 days
- You closed 0 clients as a result
If all four conditions are met, we refund 100% of your purchase, no questions asked.
No refunds before day 60, and none to buyers who didn't meet the posting or ad-spend requirements above.
How to claim
Email team@fitnessconsultants.in within 7 days of your 60-day mark with:
- Screenshot/export of your posting history (dates + reel count)
- Screenshot of Meta Ads Manager showing spend and date range
- Confirmation of 0 clients closed
We'll review within 5 business days and process approved refunds within 7 business days.
